How Qua Fiit Got Started
From pain to purpose, Qua Fiit was born.
Hey Sis! My name is Quaōcha Jones and I am the founder of Qua Fiit, LLC—where faith, nutrition and fitness collide. While my career began in marketing and brand strategy, my true calling is in holistic health and wellness for women. This isn’t just a career shift—it’s my purpose.
My own journey into wellness was forged through personal trials that reshaped everything I believed about health, strength and faith. After battling trauma, an eating disorder and suicide attempt, I had a life-altering moment in 2019—a moment that revived my faith and showed me the healing power of fitness and nutrition. That experience didn’t just change me—it called me to help other women step into their own breakthroughs.
That’s why I created Qua Fiit, an all-in-one wellness system where women stop guessing and start winning. Through faith, food and fitness, I take the overwhelm out of the journey and give you a plan that works—because I’ve been where you are and I know what it takes to push forward.
But I knew women needed more than just a program—they needed community, connection and a space for transformation beyond workouts. That’s why I launched the Annual Women’s Fiit Conference—a one-of-a-kind experience where faith, food, and fitness collide to fuel unshakable strength, self-love and total transformation. This annual event is where women show up for themselves, break barriers and step into the strongest version of who God created them to be.
My mission is clear: to help women recognize their bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit, deserving of care, respect and strength. Wellness isn’t just about food or workouts—it’s a spiritual, mental and physical alignment that unlocks true freedom.

When I’m not coaching incredible women or crafting innovative wellness programs, I cherish time with my husband and our daughter. As an avid runner training for a half-marathon, I, also, find joy in embracing the outdoors. My life is a testament to the power of aligning with God’s will—living inspired by faith, fortified by health and committed to purpose-driven wellness.
