I would purge, walked past the mirror (countless of times) with criticism in my eyes; squeezing my belly, examining my "wing" arms, and pinching at my inner thighs—constantly finding fault with my body.

I was always on a "diet," endlessly trying to lose extra pounds and rid myself of every bit of fat I saw. It was a cycle of depression, self-judgment and restriction.

Since then, I found another way—a path to healthier eating, grounded in self-compassion and balance. Now, my mission is to help as many women to replace self-criticism with self-compassion, transforming their relationship with food and their bodies.
